This license is solely for your personal and professional associates use as a real estate professional or buyer within the scope of the platform’s intended purpose. Unless ConfirmBuyer.com authorizes you as per an executed written agreement.

Restrictions

You may not copy, update, reverse-engineer, decompile, or share the application with third parties. The platform must be used solely for lawful purposes, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Updates

ConfirmBuyer.com may provide updates that add, modify, or remove features. You agree to install these updates to ensure continued functionality and security of the application.

This Agreement will terminate immediately if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the application and delete it from your devices.

Limitations of Liability

The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ConfirmBuyer.com is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

Platform Purpose

The platform facilitates the secure storage, management, and execution of buyer-broker representative agreements for real estate professionals, buyers, brokerages, title companies, and attorneys. It ensures compliance with legal requirements and industry mandates.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the platform, all users must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Account sharing is prohibited and will result in suspension or termination of access.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Use the platform for intended and lawful purposes only.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Refrain from engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities, including unauthorized access, malware transmission, or harassment.

Compliance with Legal Requirements

All users must adhere to federal, state, and local laws governing real estate transactions and data privacy. Users are responsible for ensuring buyer’s representative agreements comply with mandatory legal standards, including requirements for written agreements before property tours.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the platform are the exclusive property of A.C.E., Inc. and are protected by pending patents, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the platform’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are not permitted. The prevailing party in arbitration is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Legal actions must be brought exclusively in Florida courts.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or the platform’s notification system. Continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
